i finally made it to the gym last night for a "Muscle mix class" it kinked my but!!! i fell like i have been so out of the exercise routine lately. i feel like once i go a couple of days without exercising i start getting agitated however i find it gets harder and harder as the days go by. anyways it felt really good to be there. for dinner i made a pasta with pamadoro sauce. 2 oz Black soy bean pasta it was my first time trying this pasta, i really liked it!!! 1/2 can tuna, 2 T cottage cheese, 2T parm cheese, leeks, celery, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic pickled in olive oil. i think that is everything, just some spices on the top. it was really really good. and the perfect thing for after the gym! (i did take a picture of it but i forgot the camera cord at my parents house so I'll have to post the pic later) sorry!
