snack today came soooooo quick after lunch. i really wasn't hungry yet. but i had to eat it. i had pretty much the same thing as earlier. 1/2 pita that i split in half (leaving me with quarters). in one 1/2 i put 1/4 c mixed tuna and cottage cheese with Mrs. Dash. in the other 1/2 i had 1/2 c sliced strawberries with jam and cinnamon. i toasted both quarters in the toaster oven. so delicious!!!

i just added a new link on my page. purushayoga this is my aunt's site. check it out there is a lot to offer.

Kasondra,
how are you only 20 and already graduated from college? Did you do a 2 year school?
I hope dinner goes well. The last time i was in residential we had to do the hunger scale after every meal...every one always said 10 :/

i was homeschooled and graduated high school at 16. when i was 15 i did my last year of high school while taking classes at a community college. at the end of that year at community college i applied to the OT program at the college, got in, and went their 2 more years to finish the program. when i graduated from there in 2006 i went to architecture school in CT. that is where all my eating troubles began. tough year at school. i had a really bad swim coach. and i was a vegetarian so the caf. was tough. a horribly nonsupporting boyfriend. a swim team that would touch me in inappropriate ways regarding my nice physique. everything just went all wrong. but just to tell you a little bit about my all or nothing personality and perfectionism. i got a 4.0 even with all the crap going on.
and yeah, in treatment it was kind of annoying how everyone who was jsut anorexic felt full off one cracker. i find that most people are over dramatic about what they eat. "OMG i had 3 cookies i am sooooo stuffed," or "can you believe what a pig i am" blah blah blah. i have really learned that i jsut CAN'T listen to what other people say about food. it is in accurate, unimportant, and really doesn't effect me. also i know that i have to eat a lot more than them for my body. that is just something i have to live with.
thanks again for the feedback Lindsay

wow! Thats impressive.
I'm sorry about your troubles in college. That sucks.
I think a lot of times when people say "oh i'm soo full, i ate like a pig" they are looking for someone to tell them they didn't really eat that much. Just my opinion...but i'm totally guilty of it also, especially in IP when i can't purge.

yeah i think you are right about people. i never give that to them though. i feel like they are just being pains "look how fat i am" " ohhhh you aren't fat, what are you talking about you look great!" haha. i can't do it
